The Color of the SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA is YELLOW and a good way to balance one's solar plexus chakra is to visualize a brilliant yellow light, in the body, where the solar plexus chakra is located first spinning in a counter-clockwise manner, releasing impurities, and once that process is complete, rest for a moment and then visualize the same brilliant light spinning in a clockwise manner, bringing in new pure energy thus becoming healthy.
To activate the solar plexus chakra, we use yellow. To balance the solar plexus chakra, we use brown.
The solar plexus chakra is associated with confidence, power, transformation, and willpower.
