A healthy crown chakra would manifest as an ability to effectively feel guided in the path that fulfills one's soul.
A blocked crown chakra would manifest as one feeling aimless or without a purposeful direction.
An overactive crown chakra would manifest as rushing with idea that quantity is the same as quality results.
The Color of the CROWN CHAKRA is PURPLE or GOLDEN YELLOW and a good way to balance one's crown chakra is to visualize a brilliant purple or golden yellow light, directly above the top of the head, where the crown chakra is located first spinning in a counter-clockwise manner, releasing impurities, and once that process is complete, rest for a moment and then visualize the same brilliant light spinning in a clockwise manner, bringing in new pure energy thus becoming healthy.
To activate the crown chakra, we use violet and/or purple. To balance the crown chakra, we use gold and/or white.
The crown chakra is associated with consciousness, cosmic energy, enlightenment, knowledge, and spirituality.
An affirmation for the crown chakra is I understand my soul.
